Another piece of memorabilia from Michael Jordan is hitting the auction block and this one is incredibly rare. Beverly Hills Auto Club is now selling MJ ‘s famous 1996 Mercedes-Benz S600 Lorinser with a starting price of $23.
The popular documentary-series The Last Dance featured His Airness’ ridiculously fast and luxurious collection of cars. Some of the most sophisticated was the Mercedes-Benz S600 Lorinser, a dark blue metal navy beauty with custom rims, a body kit and a boost to almost 400 horsepower.
The car must arrive with the original title written by Michael Jordan, and the car phone also holds Jordan ‘s name when it is turned on. It was identified by Alex Manos of the Beverly Hills Car Club as “the Holy Grail of Michael Jordan memorabilia.”
After the screening of ESPN’s docuseries, all from photocopies of his Bulls deal to game-worn jerseys raking in millions, the stock of MJ products has exploded. So expect it to be no different from his car.
Bidding has now reached a $75,000 offer. Head over to the listing to place your bid before the 23 August ends.
