Concepts’ “Turdunken” X SB Dunk High Brings Us The Thanksgiving Vibes Early

After months of leaks and teasers, Concepts and Nike have formally revealed their much awaited Dunk High collab. The pair is known for its out-of-the-world collaborations (like the Lobster Dunks) so this collab could just take the cake (or should we say turkey?).

Inspired by the Turducken (which is a chicken stuffed into a boneless egg, stuffed into a boneless turkey), the Concepts x Nike Dunk High “Turdunken” incorporates colours and textures inspired by a duck mallard. It comes in a turkey oven-themed package next to chicken and turkey-inspired accessories, such as chicken foot socks and turkey leg Nerf vortex football.

“We’ve always had a tongue-in-cheek approach to our collaborations, and with Nike SB they really let us lean into that and run with any idea we have,” Concepts’ Deon Point said. “Since our first collaboration together, we realized this approach resonated with consumers and so we’ve continued on that same trajectory.”

If that’s not enough to keep your mouth watering, Nike SB (and the holiday season) might not be for you. In addition to the sneakers, Concepts released a line of Nike SB clothing that includes a beanie, a t-shirt and a flannel jacket.

“My favorite part of the shoe is just the humor in it,” Point adds. “I had so much fun creating this shoe with the team and I hope that can be seen in the final product.”

The Concepts x Nike Dunk High “Turdunken” is already available at Nike SNKRS
